 Partner internally and with clients to execute search and consulting processes, from needs assessment to completion, with the highest level of quality and excellence at every stage. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or a related field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: identifying trends and opportunities that influence investment strategies; executing targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier investor relations professionals and deal transaction professionals; building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including private equity firms and investment managers; negotiating complex employment agreements and compensation packages for senior-level hires; leveraging a deep understanding of private equity dynamics to advise clients on best practices and market positioning. 5% travel national and international required. French proficiency required. Hogan Assessment Certification required. The salary range for individuals who work in New York City is between $180,000 and $230,000 per year. The compensation available for the role considers a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education and/or certifications, and other business needs. 40 hrs/week.
