They advise high-growth companies and leading investors on strategic M&A transactions, capital raises, and other critical financial decisions. Known for their deep industry expertise and hands-on execution, they are expanding their team to support increasing deal flow and client demand.
Position Overview
My client is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and founders, gaining exposure to all aspects of deal execution in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of M&A and capital raising transactions from start to finish
Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation analysis, and industry research
Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
Participate in due diligence processes and client meetings
Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic insights and deal theses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; GPA of 3.7 or higher preferred
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a related field
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated interest in software, technology, and M&A
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
