The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverseportfolio of clients, providing expert advice, and driving thefinancial success of our organization. This role will require astrong understanding of accounting principles and financialmanagement, as well as a high level of proficiency in Excel, annualbudgeting, and the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Accounting Manager, you will beexpected to: 1. Manage and oversee daily operations of theaccounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cashreceipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities, treasury,budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure varianceanalysis, capital assets reconciliations, and check runs. 2.Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reportsor statements that comply with accepted policies and procedures. 3.Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, andprinciples. 4. Coordinate and complete annual budgets andforecasts. 5. Improve systems and procedures and initiatecorrective actions. 6. Meet financial accounting objectives. 7.Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to documenttransactions. 8. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on arange of financial matters, including tax planning, business growthstrategies, and financial risk management. 9. Develop and maintainstrong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needsare met and their expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

Thesuccessful candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. CPAor similar qualification is strongly preferred. 3. A minimum of 5years of experience in a similar role, preferably within aconsulting environment. 4. Expert proficiency in Excel and otherMicrosoft Office applications. 5. In-depth knowledge of corporatefinance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices. 6.Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. 7. Ananalytical mind with a strategic ability. 8. Excellentorganizational and leadership skills. 9. Outstanding communicationand interpersonal abilities. 10. Experience in managing andpreparing annual budgets and financial statements. 11. Demonstratedability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 12.Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service andbuilding strong client relationships.
