Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced FP& A Leader/Manager to join our manufacturing team in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, you will oversee key financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, to drive organizational success and profitability. This position requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial systems, and the ability to implement process improvements effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the organization’s financial planning and analysis functions, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide insightful financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development and execution of capital expenditure (CapEx) strategies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP systems.
  • Oversee auditing processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Monitor and improve accounts payable (AP) and other key accounting functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer service through financial insights.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within the finance department. Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency with accounting software systems and ERP solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of budgeting processes and capital expenditure (CapEx) management.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and auditing procedures.
  • Ability to conduct advanced financial analytics and ad hoc analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process improvement capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
