Legacy is committed to assisting our members in the greater Birmingham area at one of our nine branches. Additionally, we are proud to be the official credit union of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. We want to help our members Craft their Legacy by providing products and services to our members that help fulfill their financial needs. This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am – 6:30 pm . In this Member Service Associate position, we rely on you to effectively assist our members with all of their financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service. From basic cash handling to withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, and more, our members depend on you to do everything with precision and care. As needed, you recommend and sell products and services, and direct members to various departments for specific information and/or services that cater to their individual needs/goals. In addition to helping our members, you are happy to jump in and perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
