GENERAL FUNCTION
Responsible for expandingand deepening the Fifth Third customer base by calling onbusinesses to provide our Membership Advantage program toemployees. Manages a portfolio of Membership Advantage businessesto ensureretentionandexpansion of existing relationships. Servicescustomer needs (directly or indirectly) in a professional manner.
Through interaction with senior leadership at businesses,identifies new business and cross-sell opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Calls on and partners with companies/organizations (at the MiddleMarket level and above) in offering the Membership Advantageprogram to its employees/members. . Professionally presents Fifth Third products and services atemployer/employee on-site meetings/seminars focusing on householdacquisition and revenue growth . Conducts financial education seminars to all levels of employeeson topics such as home ownership, insurance, investments andpersonal credit. . Serves as the company”s/organization”s ongoing relationshipmanager once a MA partnership is secured and manages a portfolio ofMA companies/organizations. . Partners with Commercial, Business Banking, and other LOBs todevelop MA partnerships. . Independently on boards new companies/organizations to the BOB byproactively calling on Bank prospects/clients (BusinessBanking/Commercial). . Utilizes the Consultative Sales Process in uncovering employerfinancial service needs. . Coaches and mentors Financial Center teams to develop MembershipAdvantage partnerships and deliver presentations to clients belowMiddle Market. . Develops detailed plans to meet or exceed assigned sales andcustomer service goals. . Performs community outreach activities to expand portfolio (e.g.local events, chamber of commerce). . Responsible for completing all training on schedule includingsmall business sales, prospecting, networking and productknowledge.
