Utilize financial software to assist clients with portfolio management and cash flow analysis. Conduct financial analysis to guide customers in making informed decisions regarding their accounts. Process loan applications efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling financial products and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices and financial products. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a banking or financial services environment. Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in financial software and tools related to portfolio management and cash flow analysis. Excellent mathematical skills for accurate data handling and financial calculations. Ability to analyze financial information effectively and provide sound recommendations to clients. Knowledge of loan processing procedures is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
