1+ year of insurance experience Active 2-20 or 4-40 Insurance License (Required) Strong closing skills and a passion for sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and able to handle multiple priorities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Bilingual in Spanish? What You’ll Do:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and production goals Work a high volume of warm leads provided by the agency Provide accurate insurance quotes and close new business Follow up with leads, cross-sell additional products, and deliver outstanding service Maintain compliance with all underwriting and regulatory guidelines Educate and protect customers with the right insurance solutions
