Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and telemarketing. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. Assist in benefits administration, ensuring clients understand their coverage options. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. Experience Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus. Experience in telemarketing or similar roles is beneficial. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients. Knowledge of benefits administration is an advantage but not required.
