Job Description Generate and close new commercial insurance business within targeted markets Collaborate with the marketing team to pursue industry-specific opportunities Provide expert advice on Property & Casualty coverage and risk mitigation strategies Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, quoting, and closing Build and maintain long-term client relationships across various sectors Achieve or exceed activity and revenue production goals Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales Strong working knowledge of P&C coverage options and risk management principles Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills High level of motivation and discipline to build a personal book of business Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with regional markets (MS Gulf Coast, Mobile/Baldwin Counties) is a plus Why This Is a Great Opportunity $100k – $200k draw in year one Autonomy to build your book of business with strong backend support Collaborative, high-energy environment with marketing-driven growth strategies Potential remote flexibility for high-level candidates outside of commuting distance Access to strong carrier relationships and a well-established client base JPC-330
