Job Description Summary The Night Auditor is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel. The Night Auditor will perform Cashier and Guest Service Agent duties. Job Description Key Job Functions Know duties of front desk, PBX and night auditor as outlined in the appropriate job descriptions Reconcile and complete all daily front desk cashier work Run final trial balance to post rooms and close day Run accounts receivable reports Proof next day reports for front office, housekeeping, sales and executive office as required Have a complete working knowledge of POS and PMS Perform duties with minimum direction from supervisor Provide guest with quick, pleasant and efficient service Follow established departmental and hotel policies Aware of Hotel’s personal service program and participate actively in it Build solid relationship with your Colleagues Treat colleagues with respect and dignity Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
