Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay, particularly during night hours. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Assist guests with any special requests or needs during their stay. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Communicate effectively with other departments to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
