To work only Friday and Saturday from 11PM – 7AM. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during nighttime hours. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality management or hotel management who are passionate about providing exceptional guest services. Duties Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service to guests. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, utilizing strong phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations, updating the system as necessary. Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review. Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to emergencies as needed. Assist with any administrative tasks required during the night shift. Requirements Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred, particularly in front desk operations or night audit roles. Strong understanding of hospitality management principles. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency with hotel management software and phone systems. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
