Position Summary:

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. This vital role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, supports employee benefit programs, and provides exceptional customer service to team members and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values confidentiality, and excels in time management andanizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce (experience preferred)
Maintain and manage payroll records, including deductions in arrears, garnishments, and tax withholdings
Lead Open Enrollment processes and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
Support and track FMLA, leave of absence (LOA), disability claims, paid time off (PTO), and other leave-related programs
Create and distribute employee ID cards; assist with employment verifications and HR reporting
Provide friendly, professional, and kledgeable assistance to all employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits matters
Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting teams to ensurepliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous payroll experience required
Proficiency with ADP Workforce highly preferred
Prior experience with employee benefits a plus (training will be provided)
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent time management
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit at a desk and work on aputer for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies)
Manual dexterity required to operate standard office equipment puter, er, copier, scanner)
Must be able to speak and hear clearly tomunicate with team members in person, over the phone, and via email
Occasional walking, standing, bending, and reaching as needed within the office environment

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a professional office setting at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
Standard business hours , Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility required for peak payroll or benefits periods EOE M/D/F/V
