An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Client Payroll Specialist local to the Aires Pittsburgh, PA office. This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your accounting experience to carry out the client tax reporting and payroll process to ensure accurate reporting to client payroll.

Position Responsibilities:

Reviews all transferee data to ensure proper tax treatment.
Prepares and sends wage request and payroll reports on time.
Confirms accuracy of all data in client reporting.
Reconciles all data with client payroll each reporting period.e
Processes year-end updates for all clients, and provides accurate tax reports to all transferees

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
1-2 years of accounting and tax experience preferred, will consider internship experience as well
Experience with accounting software processes

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Can-do attitude
