We are seeking a customer-focused and versatile Universal Banker to join our growing team. This role combines the responsibilities of both a teller and a personal banker, providing exceptional service while supporting a wide range of banking needs for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments Open new personal and business accounts and explain product features and benefits Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions and services Assist customers with online and mobile banking tools Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures Contribute to team goals by actively participating in sales and service initiatives Support daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and maintaining branch security standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency with computers and banking technology Professional appearance and conduct Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance along with other life-event benefits Participation in our 401(k) plan 20 days of Paid Time Off, in addition to customary bank holidays
