• Job Description:

• The company is looking fora senior level Associate with six (6+) years of corporate transactional experience to be a part of its collaborative Financial Services MandA and capital markets practice.

The individual hired for this position will have an opportunity to assume significant responsibility in mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions and governance for clients in the financial and technology sectors and be part of a growing local and global team. The candidate can expect to be involved with a variety of assignments and receive valuable hands-on experience across a range of disciplines, with pathways for progression within the firm.

• Responsibilities:

• Advise public and private companies in the financial and technology sectors and institutional investors therein (e.g., private equity) in all aspects of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and general business matters
• Transaction management and due diligence
• Assist in managing client relationships
