Schwab WealthAdvisory is a premier, fee based and non-discretionary investmentadvisory solution providing clients with a personal relationship,specialized service and ongoing advice built on Schwab’s approachto investing. The Centralized Service & Operations group supportsFixed Income and Schwab Wealth Advisory clients as the clientfacing phone teams. The Wealth Strategies Consulting Groupaddresses complex wealth management needs of clients through ourPlanning and Wealth Strategy teams. Additionally, they providespecialized products to meet income generation, risk mitigation,and liquidity needs. As a Senior Regional Manager you will coachand counsel a team of 10-12 Wealth Advisors and Associate WealthAdvisors in a collaborative environment designed to both grow andsupport the client base they support. - As a leader you will inspire your team byproviding support and championing the collaborative Schwab culture.
Building collaborative relationships
- You will build and fosterrelationships with internal partners as well as clients.
Internalpartners will include Branch Managers, Regional Branch Executivesand Directors within the Investor Advice Solutions division.
Developing others
- We are seeking an individual with extensivefinancial services experience to share with their team of CFP® orCFA® investment professionals. Managing change
- The Senior RegionalManager will establish strategies and design plans to ensure thatasset and service targets are met. Managing performance
- Part ofthis role includes the monitoring of client interactions andcoaching to improve service and advice quality.
You will coach todaily planning and execution that is being provided to SWAIclients. This includes performing the compliance and administrativetasks inherent in our industry. What you have We place a premium onhigh performance, quality service and the ability to execute theSchwab strategy.
Essential skills include:
- CFP® designation, CFA®designation, or a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planningrequired (may consider 24 month condition of employment)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7license required
- Active and valid
FINRA 66
license required (mayconsider a 120-day COE)
- Active and valid
FINRA 9/10
required (mayconsider a 120-day COE)
- Five plus years’ experience in thefinancial services industry
- Minimum of 2 years supervisoryexperience strongly preferred In addition to the salary range, thisrole is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
