Financial Consultant (FC), the Financial Consultant Partner willsupport the growth and management of an affluent wealth managementpractice. This includes servicing clients, growing clientrelationships, and delivering advice with the practice clients ofthe Sr. Financial Consultant. The Financial Consultant Partner willhelp grow the practice by partnering with their Sr. FC to pursuebusiness development opportunities. As a Financial ConsultantPartner (FCP), you are in the heart of the action, acting as atrusted partner to our Sr. Financial Consultants (FC) and theirpractice clients. Through your developed expertise, you will deepennew and existing client relationships, uncovering businessdevelopment opportunities and learning from your Sr. FC all alongthe way. You’ll support the growth and management of an affluentwealth management practice, providing exceptional service, advice,and relationship management. RequiredQualifications:
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required(license may be obtained under a condition of employment throughBranch Network Licensing Program)
- A valid and active Series 66(63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under acondition of employment)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years ofFinancial Services Industry Experience
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
- Strong candidates will have a proven trackrecord to handle several tasks simultaneously and effectivelyprioritize
- Ability to identify new relationship development
- Openness to build, refresh, and deliver financial plans forpractice clients in partnership with your Sr. FinancialConsultant(s)
- Ability to uncover and meet client needs andeffectively manage client expectations
- Ability to build andmaintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
- Capabilityto become a Notary
- Strong candidates will also gain experienceupdating and compiling client information through Schwab’s internalcustomer relationship management (CRM) tool
