Spherion in Florence, SC currently has product safety contractor opportunity available for 1st shift to support our customer in Hartsville, SC. Our product safety contractor will be working a first shift with limited to no OT. The product safety contractor will support our customer by performing regulatory reviews, setting up and updating raw material records, and participating in cross-functional teams. • Remote Flexibility (Hartsville, SC, Charlotte, NC, or Remote)
• $50-65 per hour
• Monday through Friday
• day shift 8 hours
• 1 year contractor, up to 40hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform regulatory review of packaging products
• Set up new and update existing raw material regulatory records
• Approve time sheets: Hiring Manager
• Participate in special projects, assume new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as requested Working hours: 8:00 AM
• 5:00

Education:

Bachelors Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a role with relevant regulatory affairs or consumer packaging experience
• Knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and regulations.
• Time-management skills
