Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

Collection on delinquent accounts through a manual system Ability to effectively work both individually and in a team setting Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment Professional and respectful communication with consumers, clients, management and peers Comprehension and appropriate execution of laws and regulations pertaining to the industry Above all, maintain 100% client satisfaction Education/Experience High School Diploma or High School Equivalent Minimum 6 months experience with customer service is required 1+ year experience with customer service in a call center/collections preferred
