Salary:

Job Details We are seeking an experiencedand enthusiastic International Tax Director to join our dynamicAccounting Finance team. This individual will play a pivotal rolein managing the international aspects of our tax operations andwill be responsible for ensuring compliance with all internationaltax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of ASC 740, Federal & State Tax, S Corp, Income Tax,GILTI, FDII, 5471, and other related areas. This is an excitingopportunity to work for a progressive, fast-paced company and tomake a significant impact on our international tax strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all international tax operations,including the preparation and review of tax returns and ensuringcompliance with all international tax laws and regulations. Developand implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilitiesand risks. Provide expertise on international tax matters,including ASC 740, Federal & State Tax, S Corp, Income Tax, GILTI,FDII, 5471, and other related areas. Collaborate with otherdepartments to provide tax advice and guidance on businessdecisions and transactions. Monitor and analyze changes in tax lawsand regulations and assess their impact on the company. Managerelationships with external tax advisors and auditors. Provideleadership and mentorship to the tax team, promoting a culture ofhigh performance and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced degree in Taxation or CPA is highly desirable. Minimum of8 years of experience in international tax, with a focus on ASC740, Federal & State Tax, S Corp, Income Tax, GILTI, FDII, 5471.Proven experience in managing tax operations and developing taxplanning strategies. Deep knowledge of international tax laws andregulations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explaincomplex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
