Based in beautiful Marlboro, MA, we are a small CPA firm that has been providing exceptional service to our clients since 1986. Most of our work consists of complex tax compliance and planning for High-Net-Worth Individuals. Our team of professionals works cooperatively to provide our clients with the highest quality of service on a personal and responsive basis. Succession Plan Qualifications Required:

Active CPA or EA
Minimum 5-7+ years of Public Accounting Experience
Must currently be a Tax Manager (or Partner) at a Public Accounting Firm
Experience with High-Net-Worth Individuals Nice to

Have:

Master’s in Taxation or Accounting
Experience across multiple industries and entities
Experience with International Tax
Experience with Private Equity Clients

Strong Tenure Benefits Competitive Base Salary:

$130,000 – $170,000 (DoE)
