Opportunity:

As the righthand to the Global Tax Director, the Tax Manager will be chargedwith the build out, implementation, and automation of the taxfunction to scale to scale with the company’s continuous globalexpansion. The Manager will not only focus on reporting but willgain exposure to tax strategy.

The Exposure:

The Tax Manager will beexpected to operate through all levels of the organization andalign processes and systems to fully execute the company’s growthstrategy. Overview of the Tax Manager role: Lead the coordinationand review of quarterly and year-end income tax provisions in linewith ASC 740, working closely with third-party tax advisors. Assistin drafting tax-related sections of external financial filings,including 10-Q and 10-K statements. Manage reconciliations fortax-related balance sheet accounts, ensuring alignment withaccounting and regulatory standards. Partner with financialplanning teams to enhance the accuracy of legal entity-levelpre-tax income forecasts. Oversee the review of global income taxreturns prepared by external partners and evaluate relatedstatutory-to-GAAP differences. Track and analyze corporate tax cashflows, including estimated payments, refunds, and actualremittances. Contribute to strategic tax initiatives, includingcompliance with evolving global tax regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPAor MST strongly preferred. 5 years of relevant experience incorporate tax, ideally with a mix of public accounting and in-houseexposure (but open to all public accounting or all in-houseexperience) In-depth understanding of ASC 740 and experience withtax provision and financial reporting processes. Familiarity withinternational tax issues, particularly in a multi-entityenvironment. Tax OneSource Provision
