Engage in tax planning and compliance for various clients. Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and industry trends. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive client service. Maintain client relationships through exceptional communication and service. Qualifications CPA or EA certification required. 5+ years of experience in tax accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
