You will be required to provide exceptional service to our customers by handling routine teller transactional tasks, responding to customer inquiries, recommending bank products and services, and opening new accounts. In addition to these tasks, you will also be expected to help with loan processing, which will include accepting applications and documentation, as well as working with the lender on additional tasks as needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. You should be outgoing, courteous, efficient, helpful, and accurate.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions. Informing customers about bank products and services. Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault. Recommending bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services, and ascertaining customers’ needs. Preparing documents and obtaining signatures to open new accounts. Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance. Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures
