Role:
Perform all Teller functions as well as guide and advise the Tellers in the efficient handling of member needs. Assist members and potential members with opening and closing accounts, and other products. Assist on the teller line as needed. Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell products/services to members. Manage daily cash requirement for the Credit Union, order vault cash and monetary instruments as required, conduct routine maintenance/balance ATM, cash dispenser and night depository when applicable. Maintain department logs, complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and conduct audits as required. Create department schedule and assist manager with other department functions. Attend and/or assist with PR SEG/Community events.
Experience and Skills Required:
Three to five years of similar or related experience. Must have good communication skills, a high attention to detail, and basic knowledge of computers.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
