REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience as a Bank Teller CSR, or similar role; preferably within the past 5 years Full time availability

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while providing excellent customer service Preserve the bank’s community spirit by actively engaging with all customers Introduce and sell bank products Proactively inform customers of additional products and self-service options (as appropriate), to enhance the customer experience and meet their financial needs Maintain a cash drawer, including cash handling and balancing Assist with other administrative/operational tasks, as requested by the Branch Manager Willingness to genuinely participate in a collaborative and supportive work environment
