GRPC Responsibilities:

Financial Planning Support:

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for key programs under the guidance of the Project Control Manager.

Data Entry & Reconciliation:

Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data related to revenue, costs, and billing in accordance with internal policies.

Variance Analysis:

Support tracking of actuals against budgets and forecasts, assisting in identifying discrepancies and trends.

Project Tracking:

Monitor the financial health of ongoing programs by updating dashboards and maintaining tracking tools.

Reporting Assistance:

Assist in generating internal monthly financial reports and preparing documentation for external audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with 1-4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 0-2+ years of relevant experience. Basic understanding of financial principles (budgeting, forecasting, P&L, etc.) Accounting and project control appetite ERP System understanding Strong skills in Office 365, especially in Excel Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus but not required
