The ideal candidate will have a background working in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and experience using Sage300 would be a nice to have.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day accounting operations including working in the GL, owning the month-end-close, and financial statement preparation. Oversee AP/AR/Payroll functions. Develop and management annual budgeting and forecasting. Coordinate audits with external CPA firm. Manage accounting team and mentor junior team members. Promote best practices in financial management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related. 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in the construction or similar industry. Proven accounting team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP principals. Experience with Sage300 or Sage100 nice to have. Strong organizational and communication skills. A&F Perm – #AFPM456
