- Fully Onsite Roessel Joy has partnered with a fast-growing environmental services firm in Wrentham, MA who is seeking to bring on a Controller to join their team.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong financial analysis abilities, including report generation.
Responsibilities of the role:
Lead all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AR/AP, payroll, job costing, and fixed asset management Ownership of general ledger Assist with process streamlining Ownership of month-end close Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Creation of financial reports Qualifications of the role: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline 7+ years of accounting experience in construction, environmental services, or a related project-based industry 3+ years in a financial management or controller-level role with demonstrated leadership experience A&F Perm
