KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OFCONTROLLER
Financial Statements:
Manage the financial statementsensuring accuracy.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financialanalysis of property portfolios to support strategicdecision-making.
Month-End Close:
Manage month-end close processes,including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely andaccurate financial reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Manage &Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to budgetingand forecasting activities for assigned properties.
Audit Support:
Manage the preparation for audits, providing necessarydocumentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER
Bachelor’s degree in Accountingor Finance Hospitality/5 years of experience preferred. Provenexperience in financial statement preparation and analysis. Strongproficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively incross-functional teams
Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000 BaseZRCFS
