As our Controller, you’ll take the lead on accounting operations, financial planning, and internal controls, all while helping guide strategic decisions across the company. You’ll be hands-on with everything from board reporting to budgeting to supporting our store leaders with insights that drive real results. What You’ll Do:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Oversee financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and internal controls Prepare board reports and ensure regulatory compliance Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Support operational decisions with financial insights Train and develop accounting staff Serve as the system lead for the FMS accounting platform Partner across departments and stores to foster a culture of collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 in leadership Retail or inventory-intensive industry background is a big plus Strong systems and Excel skills Someone who’s not just numbers-focused, but people-oriented too
