A well-established international manufacturing company isseeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the financialoperations of its U.S. office, located in Montgomery County, PA.This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadershiprole at a growing organization that specializes in precisionequipment and solutions for regulated industries such aspharmaceuticals, medical devices, and advanced consumer products.
As Director of Finance, you’ll serve as the key financial leaderfor the U.S. entity — overseeing planning, reporting, compliance,and strategic finance functions while working closely with bothdomestic leadership and global headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
? Ownthe full financial cycle — budgeting, forecasting, month-end close,and reporting (P&L, cash flow, etc.) ? Manage cost andinventory accounting for high-value equipment and parts ? Leadinternal controls and risk management efforts ? Support strategicinitiatives across pricing, capital investment, and operations ?Act as the main finance liaison to global HQ and overseeconsolidated reporting ? Build and mentor a lean, high-performingfinance team ? Drive ERP reporting and data systems integrations
What We’re Looking For:
? 8 years of progressive finance leadershipexperience, preferably in manufacturing or capital equipmentindustries ? Strong background in cost accounting, GAAP, andinventory (ASC 330) ? ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent),plus strong Excel and reporting tool skills ? CPA preferred; MBA aplus ? Experience in cross-border or global company environmentsstrongly preferred ? You enjoy collaborating across departments andthrive in a hands-on leadership role
