Pivot Onsite Innovations hasan immediate need for an experienced and passionate IndustrialAthletic Trainer at our client’s site in Mountain, Top, PA. Thisposition offers an opportunity to work at a dynamic worksite andmake an impact on employee health, wellness, and safety!
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday 7am
- 3:30pm, Wednesday 8am
- 4pm, Thursday 9am
- 4pm and Friday 6am
- 2pm!

Job Summary:
The Industrial Athletic Trainerwill plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of a worksiteinjury management and health improvement program for employees.
Unique skills of an Industrial Athletic Trainer include a focus oninjury prevention and evaluation, ergonomic risk assessments andcorrective action planning, OSHA emergency/first aid treatment,health education, and worksite health promotion and marketingactivities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensivewellness assessments and ergonomic risk analyses
- Develop andimplement site-specific wellness initiatives and programs
- Useinnovative, creative solutions and employee empowerment to designand implement ergonomic interventions
- Provide first-aid treatmentand management for musculoskeletal complaints including the use ofice, heat, wellness stretches, massage, tape techniques, andnon-rigid bracing
- Provide orthopedic injury assessments. As perthe state practice act, this position does not providerehabilitation services, but will participate in education andinjury prevention
- Coordinate and implement treatment plans thatincorporate therapeutic exercise, modalities, and work conditioningas necessary
- Perform data analysis and execute administrativetasks including, but not limited to, collection of data, completionof forms, documenting patient files, and generating reports forreturn on investment and budgets
- Create an environment of trustand care, allowing workers to take responsibility to reduce oreliminate actions under their control that contribute to injury andillness
- Communicate regularly with safety personnel regardingrehab and injury prevention activities and be a patient advocatefor non-occupational injuries
- Attend meetings and serve oncommittees as requested by client
- Opportunity to author articlesfor various newsletters and the company Intranet site as needed

PositionQualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Board of Certification (BOC) certified
- Statelicensure/certification
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Willing to travel to various client locations
- Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships withclient and employees
Preferred:
- Minimum of two (2) years ofathletic training experience
- Knowledge of OSHA Recordability andworker’s compensation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previousergonomic/occupational health experience
- CEAS/OSHA10certification
