The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and family members, to provide holistic care. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions. Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, ensuring access to appropriate resources and services. Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential. Proficiency in medical records management and documentation practices. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to patient care. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored behavioral strategies. Familiarity with applied behavior analysis methodologies is a plus.
