Job Description:
- The company is currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the dynamic team.
As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:

Essential Duties:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths and needs
- Designing individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of ABA
- Providing direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care
- Adhering to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
- Staying informed about BACB updates and incorporating changes into your practice
