• Job Description:

• The company is currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the dynamic team.

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Essential Duties:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths and needs
• Designing individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of ABA
• Providing direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs
• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
• Collaborating with other professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care
• Adhering to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
• Staying informed about BACB updates and incorporating changes into your practice
