Position Overview We’re currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Stuart area. This role involves overseeing clinical services in a school setting while carrying a full-time or part-time caseload, depending on your availability. The ideal candidate is committed to excellence in ABA service delivery and skilled in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and designing evidence-based treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans Supervise, train, and support RBTs and team members Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, and daycare environments Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure continuity of care Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Current BCBA certification Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join Us?
