Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, progress reports, parent trainings Provide supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs Monitor and analyze progress through data collection and regular assessment Maintain accurate and timely documentation Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other behavioral challenges (preferred but not required) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and make a difference in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!
