The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to help them achieve their behavioral goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques. Collaborate with special education teams to support children in educational settings. Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and patient assessment techniques. Familiarity with medical documentation practices related to behavioral health services.
