Job Summary We are seeking a Polk County Area Lead to join our Florida team! This position in located within client schools and homes restricted to a specific radius. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cases, conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervising RBT’s, and regular communication with the administration team. As we continue to grow, additional leadership and director roles will become available first to current employees! Responsibilities Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions Perform regular supervision of RBT’s Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethics Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, behavior analysis or similar field Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB Previous experience as a BCBA preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Benefits/Perks
