Summary:

The Behavioral Analyst – DD role works as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team addressing the challenging behaviors exhibited by patients in the Developmental Disorders Service. The Behavior Analyst-Developmental Disorders is actively involved in functional assessment, development of positive behavior support plans, staff training and consultation, data collection and analysis, caregiver training and support, and overall maintenance of behavioral assessment and treatment protocols.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Master’s Degree required.

License/Certifications:

Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst required

Experience:

Two years of post-certification behavioral analytic experience preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disorders, including children with autism and intellectual disabilities required.

Additional Skills/Requirements Required:

DOE fingerprinting required. Proficiency with computer software.
