Responsibilities :

• Conduct intake evaluations includingfunctional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Designpositive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans withgoals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABAtechnicians; implement, model and monitor progress ofindividualized behavior support and skill plans with ABAtechnicians
• Train parents, caregivers and ABA technicians whoimplement plans with children and families on principles of AppliedBehavior Analysis (ABA)
• Graph data, adjust strategies as neededto ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

JobRequirements:

• A valid BCBA certification
• Experience workingwith individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and otherdevelopmental disabilities
• Conduct functional behaviorassessments
• Write behavioral positive behavior support plans
• Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and validdriver’s license.
• Experience working with children, teens, andyoung adults with autism

Job Description:

The BCBA will be responsible forconducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans,implementing behavior interventions, and monitoring client’sprogress. The BCBA will also assist in developing and implementingclient treatment plans. The BCBA will work closely with otherlicensed professionals, supervising staff, and referring agenciesto provide quality service in the delivery of services to clients.

The BCBA will also collaborate with supervising clinicians on avariety of projects.
