Burgaw, NC:
In-person, full-time position serving students across district schools Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs) Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices, including TEACCH, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and
ABA Qualifications:
National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis) Experience with ABA therapy, behavior management, and data collection Knowledge of TEACCH, DTT, and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
