Client:

Non-verbal with emerging verbal skills Can follow 3-step directions with occasional prompting Displays self-injurious behaviors (pulling her own hair and scratching her self) requiring skilled behavior management Responds positively to consistency and support

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior support and skill-building plans developed by the supervising BCBA Provide consistent prompting and reinforcement Track and document progress accurately Support communication development and daily living skills Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times

Ideal Candidate:

Active RBT certification (BACB required) Experience with non-verbal individuals and challenging behaviors Patient, reliable, and responsive to client needs Comfortable working independently in the home setting

Schedule:

Flexible, part-time hours to be discussed based on client availability
