Responsibilities:

Performdetailed behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, andinterpret data to inform treatment decisions. Design, implement,and monitor behavior-analytic interventions that address a varietyof needs. Apply assessment and intervention methods in diverse andnovel situations. Train staff to carry out effective and ethicalinterventions grounded in research. Submit session documentation,progress reports, and treatment plans in a timely manner. Ensurethat ABA providers are accurately collecting data following TheLearning Tree’s standards. Board Certified Behavioral Analyst(BCBA)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise ABAParaprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) tomaintain a high level of service delivery. Offer direct supervisionand individualized support to team members. Revise treatment plansbased on data trends and continuous assessment results. Ensure theaccurate and appropriate collection of data by team members.

Provide face-to-face parent training and participate in treatmentplanning as necessary. Qualifications for Board CertifiedBehavioral Analyst (BCBA): Must hold BCBA certification from theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Possess an active,valid, and unrestricted certification or license to deliver appliedbehavior analytic services within the state of service. Willingnessto travel between client locations as needed.
