Treatment Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Office 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Alpharetta, GA 30022 We are a large but privately owned pediatric dental practice in Johns Creek/Alpharetta that prides itself on creating fun, positive experiences for both our patients and our team! Job Overview Our practice is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and confident Treatment Coordinator to support our front office team and enhance the overall patient experience. This position involves a balance of patient interaction, administrative support, and treatment plan coordination. The ideal Treatment Coordinator will be comfortable discussing financial arrangements, skilled in dental software, and able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Treatment Coordinator Duties Greeting patients and parents with warmth and professionalism Checking patients in and out while ensuring a smooth front desk flow Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to parents Discussing financial options and answering related questions Maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assisting with scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient follow-up Using dental software (Dentrix experience is a plus) Contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented, and high-energy environment Treatment Coordinator Skills At least 1 year of previous employment in a dental office (Treatment Coordinator experience preferred) Comfort with discussing finances and treatment plans with families Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask A positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care Dentrix software knowledge is a plus
