Job Description An employer is looking for a data analyst to join their growing team. This role performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures. Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites. Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports. • 2-5 years of professional experience as a data analyst
• Strong SQL experience; writing and optimizing queries for various databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience in extracting and analyzing logs to identify error messages, patterns and root causes of issues in Splunk or similar tool
• Scripting experience, ideally with Python
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Root cause analysis experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to work on site 4 days a week in Maryland Heights, Missouri
