TheCardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will be working at a facilitydedicated to providing comprehensive cardiac services with a focuson patient-centered care and cutting-edge technology. Patients haveaccess to a full spectrum of cardiac care, from prevention anddiagnostics to treatment and rehabilitation. The facility isequipped with advanced diagnostic tools, such as echocardiograms,stress tests, and cardiac MRIs, ensuring accurate and timelydiagnosis for various heart conditions. The team of expertcardiologists and cardiac surgeons work collaboratively to offerpersonalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs,leveraging the latest techniques in cardiac surgery andinterventional cardiology. In addition to acute care, the hospitalemphasizes long-term heart health management and education topromote ongoing wellness for patients.

Reporting to Senior Director,the Cath Lab Nurse Manager will oversee day-to-day operations,manage the department budget, ensure regulatory compliance, updatepolicy procedures, assist with staff education, and crosscollaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The Nurse ManagerCardiovascular Cath Lab will be supported by a team of specializednurses with cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology and criticalcare backgrounds, along with a dedicated Radiologic Technologists,Vascular Technologists CVT, and ancillary staff. The Manager ofCath Lab should have recent experience working in a Cath Lab,ideally with leadership experience in a manager or supervisorcapacity.
