Our hearts are broken, but we are so proud of her! With that being said, we are seeking a sincere, dedicated, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our work family. Experience with CEREC/scanning intra orally is a bonus, but not required. We are open Monday- Friday 8am- 4pm (four days a week is negotiable). We are 20 minutes with no traffic from Benton and Hot Springs. We are 25 minutes from Bryant. We have a beautiful modern office, enthusiastic team, wonderful patients, and dedicated dentists. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques. Obtain dental radiographs as required. Manage patient documentation accurately using Dentrix or similar software. Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Support the dentist with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory and waiting areas. Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant Truly cares about providing patients with a top-notch experience Team attitude Proficiency in using Dentrix and intra oral scanning is a bonus Excellent communication skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
